I would like to let you know what a wonderful job Mr Jit, Mr Ung and the team do hosting guests. The service was 5 star and you are lucky to have both Mr Jit and Mr Ung. They made us really feel at home and looked after everything and nothing was too much trouble. The food was so good we once again only ate at the villa. We were there to celebrate two 50th birthdays and the team went that bit extra on the night putting on a really spectacular seafood BBQ and let off some fireworks.
Both Mr Jit and Mr Ung were very patient waiting hours while the ladies shopped. The ladies enjoyed being taken to shop off the beaten track and really seeing Phuket outside the tourist areas.

Hello to whoever is reading this, we had the best stay ever! There were 6 couples and one couple two kids so that makes 14, (I am one of those kids).

I wanted to let you know just how happy you have made 6 - 40year old females!!!! We all felt like we were princesses in a castle, except the villa was far better than a castle. From the moment we got there, we were treated like royalty by your wonderful, warm, friendly, respectful, hard working staff. (there's so many more adjectives to describe your staff, but I think you know what I'm getting at.) They were absolutely fabulous and I think it's always nice for the employer to know this about their employees.
As for the villa - words definately can't describe it. Whenever my family go to beach destinations, we always stay in beautiful hotels/apartments overlooking the beach, but I can honestly say that your villas positioning to the beach/ocean is unbeatable. I was in my absolute glory just sitting in my room, by the pool, on that gorgeous deck and listening and watching the ocean. I rang my husband to try and explain how I felt on cloud 9, but all I kept coming up with is, we have to come back and experience this place together. I have previously been to Phuket with Trevor last year and stayed in Patong at Le Flora - which was lovely, but we actually left Phuket extremely disappointed. In saying that, I suggested Phuket as a destination for the girls after seeing what your villa provided. We are such close friends, and we just wanted to be able to sit around, relax and spend time together, and that's exactly what we did. It really wouldn't have mattered where your villa was (because of what it and your staff offered), we would have had the holiday of a lifetime. Kata is far nicer than Patong, so I'm so glad I got to experience Phuket again, and have walked away happier than I could have ever imagined.
We were so interested in the Thai culture, and having Mr Jit and Mr Ung there to talk to was amazing. I could have sat down with Mr Ung for hours and listened to all of his words of wisdom. How nice was it of him to do 2 yoga classes for us!!!!! Just another bonus of staying in your wonderful villa.
All of your girls were so lovely and obliging. It took us a while to accept the staff waiting on us like princesses. We certainly aren't use to that at home, and that's why we all enjoyed every second of it and also appreciated it.
I'll wrap it up by saying THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO EXPERIENCE YOUR GORGEOUS VILLA AND STAFF!!!!!!!!
I will be back, and all of the girls have said the same thing. Me being the travel organiser of the group, suggested that we go to your Chiang Mai villa for our 45th birthdays.

This has been a holiday and a birthday to remember... all of it entirely due to the tireless uncomplaining effort of the all the staff... truly dedicated and always friendly... you have made us feel at home and completely relaxed.

It is with a heavy heart as we write this entry as it is our last day at the lovely Baan Kata Keeree. As we viewed pictures on the internet we knew this place was special, but when we arrived at the villa we could not help feel the pictures did not do it justice!!! The view from the deck is breath-taking and we have spent many hours out here relaxing and taking in the incredible vistas. It is obvious that someone has taken a lot of time to carefully and thoughtfully anticipate the every needs of the guests. Your villa is beautiful and the view is awesome. We had a very good time here, Khun Jit and Khun Bom were excellent and Khun Lek was always smiling, making our stay very comfortable. It's proudly one of the best luxury villas for rent on the tropical island of Phuket. It's privately owned, and certainly a one-of-a-kind that's sea-front and available for private, fully serviced, luxury short term holiday rental. We also accept long-term, if the dates are available.

Our property is set amongst its own private lush tropical gardens. The villa is huge and has six bedrooms (6-bed), two main dining areas, a private salt chlorinated pool on the main terrace, and a six seater Jacuzzi on the lower front terrace along with a massage & relaxation sala.
It has a fully equipped playroom, and we have a small tree house at the back. We also have ADSL internet access with WiFi, all included in the rental price.
The villa is comprised of six big bedrooms and is therefore limited to 12 people. Numbers can be exceeded slightly depending on age of children and upon discussion with us but we like to stress that for maximum comfort of guests, and staff, 12 is an upper limit usually.
Again depending on circumstances our staff are able to accommodate parties and/or buffets and outside guests but usually we like to keep the numbers limited to 12 unless your requirements have been discussed.

What's Included?
Driver and Car
A Ford Escape 4-wheel drive with 200HP engine with driver is included in the price and available during normal hours for our guests use (normal hours being 9am to 5pm but flexibility is the key and our driver will be happy to help you whenever possible).
Cook & Maid
A full time staff averaging six people are available to do your gourmet cooking (five star Thai cooking and full western breakfasts with lot's of fruit and juices are available) and for laundry services (a small charge is made for personal laundry items and dry cleaning would be charged at prevailing rates). Barbecue facilities are available as is a decent italian coffee maker /grinder etc. Menus and preferences can be discussed in advance with our villa manager and tailored to your needs. In general our staff will do the shopping for you, under your instructions, but you are welcome to do your own too. Again flexibility is key. The general rule being that our staff are available from 6am to 10pm.
Gardener/Pool Cleaner
Full time staff are on hand for daily maintenance.
Resident Manager
Our resident villa manager is on duty for special requests and to ensure smooth operation of the villa.
Baby Sitting
Baby sitting can be organized with advance notice and by arrangement with our villa manager. Sometimes if it is a small group and the catering staff is not too busy with their daily routine they may be able to help, but otherwise we need to get extra personnel.
Wine Cellar Our villa has a well-filled wine cooler with a selection of connoisseur French wines available at cost prices.
Massage
In-house personal massages can be booked through our villa Manager. We have indoor and outdoor space for the to relax while you're being pampered.
Sound Systems & DVD
Along with a high quality BOSE quadraphonic sound system around the pool, you will find a stereo system in the lounge and in the Master bedroom. The lounge is equipped with a 42in flat screen with home theatre sound along with multi channel cable TV for your viewing pleasure.
The master bedroom is also equipped with TV (multiple cable channel system) and sound HI FI system. All other bedrooms are equipped with Sony Trinitron and a limited satellite TV system (as provided in the local hotels).
Computer & Internet
In the master bedroom a desktop computer with flat screen and connection to ADSL is provided free of charge to guests.
Free WIFI ADSL Internet Access
As mentioned above, our villa is equipped in the master bedroom with a decent desk top computer with flat screen and printer with internet access for free usage of guests. And for those of you who wish to bring your WiFi-enabled laptops, you can connect around the pool, at any of the bedrooms, and in the lounge. Almost everywhere really!
Airport Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged by us for you, and is charged at cost price (there are no extra charges added by us). Let us know your requirements once your booking is confirmed and we'll make your tranisition from airport-to-villa a very easy one. We're about 45-50 minutes from the airport (Phuket International Airport).
Where Are We?
Overlooking the south-end of Kata Beach
Our villa is in Kata, at the south end of the beach, looking out across the whole bay with views of Koh Poo and the Andaman Sea. Kata is on the West coast of Phuket, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong, but has many local places to shop, eat, tour and relax.
We don't have direct beach access, but it's just a very short walk, literally 1-2 minutes from our villa, to get your toes in the sand on Kata Beach!
And if you'd like a quieter/alternative beach, it's 5 minutes to another perfect beach, called Kata Noi.
Both beaches, Kata Beach and Kata Noi, have great snorkelling... and scuba-diving too (ask us about that!). In fact, from our villa's extended virander, you can often see some of the divers as they go past our villa. Really! So if that's of any interest, just us know and we'll give you some information.

Rental Information
Rental rates are for a minimum of one week. Shorter stays will be considered, as will lower rates (especially for small parties and/or during off season). Discounts are possible on a case by case basis where only one or a few rooms are needed. This offer applies primarily in the low and off-seasons.
