Here's what to expect in the run up to your stay, from contacting your villa manager through to Thai immigration requirements.
Contacting Our Villa Manager
Our villa manager can be accessible to you from around 2 weeks before your arrival, sometimes earlier depending on availability. They're not available by email. The easiest ways to reach our villa manager are WhatsApp, WeChat, or a phone call during Thai daytime hours (10am-6pm).
When To Send Your Details
Please send your arrival details to us around 1 month before you arrive. The earlier the better — we'll keep them on file ready for your stay, as well will share them with our villa manager when we hand you over to them.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 12:00pm (noon), unless otherwise pre-arrival with the Reservations team. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible if they fit in between other bookings and don't block other reservations. We rarely allow a guest to have both early check-in and late check-out, but it may be possible if the villa is not booked before or after your stay. Please ask for details.
Flight Details
To arrange your airport pickup, please provide your airline, flight number, arrival time, departure city and the number of guests in your group that are being transported.
Airport Transfers
We provide one minivan with driver, seating up to 12 guests plus luggage; additional vehicles may incur extra charges. Please note our airport transfers don't include baby seats, so we recommend that you bring your own if you prefer, or you can ask our villa manager directly to arrange one for you at a small cost. A minivan is provided for your arrival and departure, and can also be arranged for other trips during your stay.
Hotel Transfers
We can also arrange transfers from anywhere on mainland Phuket. Just let us know the hotel name and website address if you have it so we can confirm the address.
Daily Minivan Rental
A minivan with driver can be hired for ฿2,500 THB per day, plus fuel. Our villa manager can arrange this for you. All minivans are air-conditioned. Please note that the driver is not a tour guide - they will take you where you want to go, but they won't provide commentary or information about the area. If you want a tour guide, we can arrange one for you at an additional cost.
Meals On Arrival Day
We can your lunch or evening dinner prepared for your first day if you organise that pre-arrival with our villa manager. Lunch options include Pad Thai with prawn, papaya salad, grilled chicken, spring rolls, plain and fried rice, and fruit. Dinner options include Tom Yum Goong soup, green curry chicken, fried rice, Massaman curry, mango salad, cashew chicken, sweetcorn cakes, satay, rice and fruit. Let us know if you'd like to request specific dishes or quantities.
Groceries & Beverages
We can stock the villa with fruit, snacks, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages ahead of your arrival and can be added to your grocery bills for later payment.
Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance so our chef can plan accordingly.
Day Trips & Excursions
Our villa manager can help organise group activities once you've arrived. Private boats, yachts and fishing trips need to be booked in advance, or at the very latest, for the next day. Please note we're unable to arrange day trips or excursions before you've checked in as if you change your mind, we're liable for the payment to the operator, even if you decided to cancel.
